In over twelve years of experience, we have worked with a myriad of conditions. The most common issues that we see are anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, women’s issues, stress, self-esteem, and relationship problems. Typically, we use a mix of cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness based cognitive therapy techniques with clients. We believe that your brain is a muscle, and with enough work you can train your brain. When you work on changing your thoughts and cognitions, your behavior can change. We work well with all ages, but specialize in adolescents and young adults.
Therapy is typically provided in office, but can be done online as well (if you are located in the state of Georgia).
