Hi, I’m Hannah Owens.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I primarily work with teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, and life’s many transitions. I’m also working toward training in the Gottman Method to better support couples in building stronger, more connected relationships.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology from St. John Fisher University and my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Robert Morris University. While my foundation is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I believe therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I draw from a variety of approaches, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs, strengths, and goals of my clients.
I am currently accepting both in-person and telehealth appointments, offering flexibility to meet you where you are most comfortable.
A little about me: I share my home with two lovable dogs who keep life full of joy and adventure. I enjoy spending time outdoors—whether that’s exploring new trails, relaxing in the sunshine, or simply appreciating nature’s quiet moments. I’m also a lifelong learner, always excited to explore new topics and deepen my knowledge in ways that help me grow both personally and professionally.
My goal is to walk alongside you in your journey—helping you explore, heal, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Whether you’re seeking tools to manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, or simply feel more at peace, you don’t have to do it alone.

Hedi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology from Huntingdon College and a Master’s degree
in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s natural to feel uncertain about the process. My
goal is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you feel understood and
empowered to grow at your pace. I primarily work with adolescents and adults experiencing
anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as athletes navigating the unique challenges that
impact both performance and overall well-being.
Taking the step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.
Together, we will explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected while
integrating practical therapeutic tools, mindfulness strategies, and collaborative goal setting. This
process is about more than managing symptoms—it’s about gaining deeper self-awareness,
strengthening relationships, and creating lasting change.
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating—it can be a path toward growth, empowerment, and
purpose. You don’t have to face challenges alone. It is always okay to ask for help—and it is
okay to not be okay!
