We prioritize knowing and building relationships with each of our clients, creating a tailored treatment plan that fits their specific needs and goals.

Individual Therapy

Online or In-office Sessions

In over twelve years of experience, we have worked with a myriad of conditions. The most common issues that we see are anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, women’s issues, stress, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ issues, and relationship problems. Typically, we use a mix of cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy techniques with clients. We believe that your brain is a muscle, and with enough work, you can train your brain. When you work on changing your thoughts and cognitions, your behavior can change.

Child Therapy

Children are constantly learning, growing, and adapting to their environment. They are not exempt from the emotional up and downs that come with experiencing the world around them. It is typical for their emotions to ebb and flow as they learn how to regulate their excitement, frustration, sadness and worries. Sometimes though, children and parents may need outside therapeutic support.

Postpartum Therapy

The postpartum period, while often filled with joy, can also present significant stress, fatigue, and even depression or anxiety for many women. Our highly trained therapists are knowledgeable about the broad range of postpartum issues, including but not limited to postpartum depression (PPD), postpartum anxiety, postpartum OCD, and postpartum psychosis.

Our therapy sessions focus on providing emotional support, coping strategies, and effective therapeutic tools to help mothers manage and alleviate symptoms they may be experiencing. We customize each therapy plan to the individual needs of the client, ensuring they receive the most beneficial and appropriate level of care.

Coaching

Online or In-office Sessions

Talking to a Coach will help you gain perspective on your life and your mind. It is a shift away from a model of psychological illness, and toward the humanistic ideal of wellness and growth.

There are many reasons why someone would seek coaching. It could be a significant life change, high levels of stress or anxiety, lack of fulfillment, inability to break unwanted habits – or simply for help in creating a happier, more meaningful life. Coaching is about finding the root cause of each symptom, understanding it, and then helping you change it to make room for new success and fulfillment.
