Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s natural to feel uncertain about the process. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you feel understood and empowered to grow at your pace. I primarily work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as athletes navigating the unique challenges that impact both performance and overall well-being. Taking the step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone."

Together, we will explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected while integrating practical therapeutic tools, mindfulness strategies, and collaborative goal setting. This process is about more than managing symptoms—it’s about gaining deeper self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and creating lasting change.

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating—it can be a path toward growth, empowerment, and purpose. You don’t have to face challenges alone. It is always okay to ask for help—and it is okay to not be okay!
